The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) have entered into a contribution agreement on urban environmental management.This is in the form of Southeast Asia Urban Environmental Management Applications (SEA-UEMA) Project, which aims to improve the Urban Environmental Management (UEM) policies and good practices in the region. CIDA has allocated a total CAN$ 9.5 million over 5 years (2003-2008) for developing, managing and implementing this project by AIT.   More....
